Job Title: Teaching Assistant Feltham

Job Duties:
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
* Help create a positive learning environment for students
* Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour control
* Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources
* Support students during practical activities and educational outings
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
Experience:
* Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
* Experience supporting students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid/CPR certification
* Additional training in special educational needs support
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Full-time hours with occasional overtime required
* May involve assisting with off-site educational activities
