Manage and develop a team of four, supporting their growth and daily tasks. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, regional teams, and external suppliers. Develop a 5-year roadmap for website development and digital improvements. Leverage GA4 data to provide insightful performance reports. Research and recommend cutting-edge tools to enhance customer experience and engagement. Collaborate with Group teams to align online and offline marketing strategies. What We’re Looking For: A seasoned people manager with extensive digital marketing experience. Proficiency in technical and strategic website management, SEO, GTM, and analytics. Experience with enterprise CMS systems (e.g., Optimizely or similar). Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and lead teams with a collaborative approach.
