Job Title: Sales & Office Support Coordinator
Location: Wickford, Essex (office based)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
About the role
We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Office Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team, supporting our Housebuilding and Commercial division. In this exciting and impactful role, you'll provide essential support to drive our sales efforts, streamline operations, and contribute directly to the ongoing success and growth of our team. Responsibilities
* Maintaining CRM records
* Support in coordinating and progressing sales pipeline, both internally and externally
* Driving inbound and outbound leads and booking new sales appointments
* Following up on quotes issued to clients
* Dealing with customer queries and positioning them with the Sales Manager to ensure resolved quickly
* General administration duties related to estimating - this can involve typing up planting/material schedules through to issuing estimates to client or Sales Manager
* Supporting with building client presentation packs
* The opportunity to be involved in on-site meetings
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally with a focus on estimating support, bid writing or tender submissions.
* Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.
