Description Grade UE03: £23,114 - £25,148 per annum plus 15% premium band for flexible working Accommodation, Catering and Events/Corporate Services Group Full-time: 35 hours per week Open-ended: permanent The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen to join The University of Edinburgh catering department as a Chef De Partie - Grab and Go Production Kitchen. The role will be based in our grab and go production kitchen at our Holyrood campus. As a Chef De Partie you will assist the head chef in leading the grab and go production kitchen servicing our café estate across the city of Edinburgh. You will work as hands on part of a team and in a supervisory capacity ensuring the efficient production and delivery of our food offer. You will also be expected to deputise in the absence of the head chef. The salary for this post is £23,114 - £25,148 per annum plus 15% premium band for flexible working.
