Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working as part of the People Leadership Team, the purpose of this role is to define and implement a strategy to build organisational capability across the business. The role balances ownership of the Talent Development strategy as well as driving a positive, high-performance culture in line with our values, supported by effective communication and engagement strategies..
