We are seeking a splendid and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic family couple with their diverse portfolio of businesses, encompassing restaurants, properties, and design. Key responsibilities will include: Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion Private PA support including handling errands, generating family schedules and maintaining their personal calendars and appointments Project Involvement: Assist in various business projects across the different companies Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making Marketing, PR and Social Media: Support marketing and PR initiatives for various business ventures Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to enhance brand presence Assist in organising events and promotional activities What we are looking for: Proven experience as an EA or in a similar administrative support role Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities Proactive, assertive and autonomy Flexible, unflappable, solutions innovator Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adhere to high levels of discretion and confidentiality
