Role Overview: As a Teacher in this setting, you will: ✅ Deliver engaging, adapted lessons to meet the individual needs of students. ✅ Use creative and flexible teaching approaches to support learning and development. ✅ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. ✅ Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. ✅ Implement effective behaviour strategies to encourage engagement and progress. About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students who require additional support in an alternative provision or similar setting. Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable to the challenges of alternative education. A strong team player with excellent communication skills. Committed to helping students build confidence, independence, and academic success. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
