Join Bromley's integrated primary and community transformation team to be a key part of designing and delivering our whole-system model of care, in ine with One Bromley's strategic plan. Like the wider NHS, Bromley faces growing demand for health services in the future; transformation and improvement is required to ensure the sustainability of primary care and the healthcare system as a whole.
We are seeking a pivotal role in our team to support primary and community care improvement across Bromley. The postholder will use data and information to develop insights about primary and community services, monitor contract delivery, design and produce communications for a range of audiences, including GP practices, wider health and care providers and the public, lead the implementation of projects and coordinate complex requests on behalf of the team.

The postholder will have individual responsibility for projects and discreet work areas, will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy to meet deadlines and will be required to engage confidently with internal and external partners. The successful individual will demonstrate their ability to analyse data sets using suitable tools, write effective communications for a range of audiences and organise others to complete tasks as part of wider programmes of work.
As Commissioning Development Co-ordinator, you will have opportunity to work with senior clinical leaders, healthcare professionals and the public. You will be expected to build close working relationships with GP practices and One Bromley health and care partners. You will be required to use your understanding of healthcare policy, population health management and data-driven approaches in your work. An understanding of clinical coding, health care metrics and data analytics tools will be desirable for this role.
