You should be comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will lead the continuous development of the Supply Chain Management product, collaborating with development and design teams. I will conduct product demonstrations for clients, including Tier 1 contractors, public sector procurement bodies, and subcontractors. Building strong industry relationships will be vital for gathering insights, user feedback, and compliance trends. I will also organize focus groups, client interviews, and pilot sessions to validate the product's direction and usability. Translating user requirements into clear product specifications and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality features will be part of my duties. Furthermore, I will support the commercial team with product knowledge to drive adoption and growth while monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for innovation in procurement and supply chain compliance.
