Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 Join a leading transport company as a Sales Ledger Assistant within their Finance Team. They are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help manage the sales ledger. Key Responsibilities: Produce sales invoices and credit notes via internal software Build knowledge of customer invoicing requirements Liaise with Transport Managers and Supervisors for accurate data entry Meet weekly/monthly invoicing deadlines and maintain real-time invoicing tracker Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution Reconcile month-end sales ledger and produce customer statements Support with financial reporting and month-end tasks Process cashbook transactions and assist in internal audits What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts office or sales ledger role Strong MS Excel and IT skills; experience with bespoke systems a plus Proactive with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills and knowledge of accounting principles Rewards & Benefits: Competitive salary up to £28k per annum Stakeholder Pension 20 days holiday Bank Holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years of service) Free on-site parking Training and development support for continuous growth Employee Assistance Programme If interested please apply ASAP to avoid disappointment.
