We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Senior Product Manager : Regulation
The successful candidate will be part of the Global regulatory product team based in Europe/ UK focussed on establishing and providing a holistic coverage of theregulatory developments impacting clients and the securities services business across Europe / UK.
You will cover activities from horizon scanning to market insights for the growing Securities Services business across Europe, UK,Middle East and US with upcoming regulatory changes including on ESG and Sustainability.

In this role you will:

Lead the European Regulatory Outlook forums within Securities Services. Actively monitor regulatory developments primarilyin Europe / UK. Work with clients and other product teams to deliver solutions to clients including in regulatory reporting thus enablingthem to take advantage of upcoming opportunities on the back of regulatory developments

Ideate and produce product collateral insight documentation/thought leadership with involvement from product leads, clientservices and sales and business development in order to add greater value to clients and market prospects. Work closely with Regulatory and Tax Change Management, Operational Teams, IT and relevant functional teams to support the shape of development and delivery.

Bring a data and digital lens to product development and enhancements, and actively seek to delight our clients in the regulatoryoffering provided. Maintain product rate cards to ensure that the commercial proposition is competitive.

Support regulatory vendor oversight, including maintenance of contracts. Provide regulatory support in responding to RFPs. Supportcommercial deal propositions prior to Business Acceptance Committee (BAC) submissions.

Support periodic reviews of product roadmaps in collaboration with product and sector heads to determine 3:5 year developments.Adopt the product management and development methodology and support outputs from the phases of initiation, definition, analysis,design, business case and post product live maintenance management.
