We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team and help promote our vision.
Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, increase course enrolments, and grow our client base. You’ll be involved in creating engaging marketing campaigns, managing social media, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Assist the sales team in managing enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
* Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
* Track sales metrics and provide reports on conversion rates and customer feedback.
* Help organise and coordinate sales events, open days, and educational seminars.
Marketing Activities:
* Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.
* Contribute to content creation such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
* Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Administrative Duties:
* Help with organising marketing collateral and materials for events and promotions.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
* Record all lead data safely on our software.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in Sales or Marketing (1-2 years preferred).
* Passion for the Hair and Beauty Industry – you’ll thrive if you have a keen interest in the world of beauty, education, and training.
* Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
* Digital and Social Media Savvy – experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, is a plus.
* Creative Mindset – ability to assist in the development of innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM software.
* Organisational Skills – able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
* Team Player – willing to collaborate across departments and support other team members when needed, be self-motivated and a forward thinker.
