Spend time out and about in the community, interacting with clients and families

Support new starters with training / induction

Provide cover for calls as and when needed
Part of on call rota
Maintain service satisfaction dealing with any complaints effectively through company procedure.
Conduct spot checks and manage staff skill set by maintaining and updating staff training.
Manage and maintain the recruitment and selection of staff effectively.
