Role Purpose
Utilising your leadership and passion for Customer Service, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent service and operational performance every day. You will ensure all standards, especially Safety and Security, are closely and consistently adhered to.
What you will be doing
* Responsible for day-to-day operational performance, safety, security and customer satisfaction of the product through effective support and management of delivery areas.
* Supporting Senior Management in the development of strategic business plans and effectively managing these in line with budgets to deliver excellent service to our airport customers.
* Ensuring your team carry out all Customer Service and processing activities as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures, and training to ensure the success of the operation.
* Maintaining and promoting a safe and secure working environment at all times.
* Complying with the Company's open, fair, and honest reporting culture.
Safety, Security, WellBeing and Compliance:
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. As such the Company prohibits such misuse and carries out regular testing to enforce our Substance Misuse Policy.
What we are looking for
* Experience and knowledge of Aviation Services and conversant with Customer Handling procedures and Aviation Safety & Security procedures.
* Excellent leadership skills in managing, maintaining and developing a Customer Service Team.
* Strong communicator with diplomacy skills and experience in liaising with senior airline, airport and other stakeholder personnel.
* Proven track record of delivering against key performance and financial targets, working within a budgetary framework.
* Demonstrable experience of people management skills, including dealing with local Employee Relation matters.
