Customer Service Advisor
Working for a global leader within the heating industry you will be working in a team communicating with customers and engineers via phone and e-mail to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
The hours are 08.00 - 16.30 with 30 mins for lunch and this is a fully office-based role.

Your key duties will include:
1. Handle all incoming enquiries and/or complaints by phone and email
2. Manage the jobs allocated to service agents to ensure appointments have been booked with customers
3. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
4. Chase outstanding invoices on a weekly basis with each service agent
5. Manage jobs and invoices to close off outstanding work through the process of payments to finance
6. Arrange collection of parts after job with warehouse and engineers
7. Arrange for parts to be ordered ready to be dispatched from warehouse for engineer job orders
8. Where required arrange warranty documentation to be sent to customers by post
9. Provide customers with product and service information
