Contracts Manager Clitheroe £45,000 - £55,000 We are looking for a dynamic Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by providing contract management across multiple projects, managing site teams and ensuring quality and health and safety are of the upmost importance and strictly adhered to. Responsibilities: To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance. Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over several locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract Set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s as they apply to technical and related services. Work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the Project schedule and all reactive works Accountable for the financial performance of the contract and the review of the monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the Commercial Management team and Directors as necessary Develop and Monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the roofing and cladding industry, with a focus on metal systems and coatings Previous contract management experience and a good knowledge of roofing and cladding services and legislation Must have the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances. CSCS Card Holder / IPAF / CPCS Card Holder / PASMA / SSSTS (desirable) Full clean driver’s licence. Asbestos awareness would be advantageous Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and to work as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to change.
