With RNN Group support, this Apprenticeship will give you an insight into how a large business operates.
This role will specifically develop you into a professional customer service specialist in a vibrant sales team, working with experienced engineers and business development professionals.
You will learn the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to be able to:
* Process customer orders
* Handle customer enquiries over the phone and emails
* Follow company procedures to handle complaints
* Advise customers of potential sale order delays
* Follow up on quotations
* Help manage stock levels and customer back-orders to avoid disruption to the business
* Contribute to weekly report circulation and department/individual KPIs
* Communicate any system/process issues to line management
