Mission and Main Objectives:
This role will work within our clients Supply Chain Management and Logistics team, working in the automotive sector. The main day-to-day tasks vary, mainly involving the liaising with customers and suppliers over issues including, new part introduction, design change management and supporting non-conformance management.
The role involves a high degree of customer and supplier liaison, as well as including the recording, management and reporting of quality control data; thereby requiring good communication, coordination and excellent customer service skills.
Outline and Responsibilities:
* Management of non – conforming product from containment action through to NCR report management and OK part introduction.
* Management of customer warranty process.
* Support the management of new part introduction process through our clients and customer systems.
* Support the management of design change process through our clients and customer systems
* Support the management of IMDS / REACh data
* Development of suppliers including conducting supplier audits
* Assisting in maintenance of our clients ISO 9001 system.
Experience and attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume manufacturing in a quality role, or relevant degree in a quality related subject.
