We are recruiting on behalf of a leading packaging contractor in Horley, seeking a proactive and adaptable Production and Sales Assistant to join their dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email.
* Process and document customer enquiries from initial contact through to design, quotation, production, and delivery stages.
* Prepare accurate job quotes and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, processing these onto the CRM.
* Manage production schedules in line with customer orders, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including technical designs for future reference.
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong IT skills is beneficial.
* Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What's on Offer:
* A competitive salary between £23,000 - £26,000pa, based on experience.
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
