We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy front of house Team who will be the focal point of contact for Audi customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
2. Qualify service needs
3. Manage the Customer journey, in and throughout the Department
4. Utilise core process and systems, providing clear and accurate advice and information
5. Achieve performance targets
Person Specification
1. Experience in a highly focused, customer-facing role
2. Excellent interpersonal/customer skills
3. Previous relevant experience
4. Good working knowledge of IT systems
