Overview
Join an award-winning team working alongside the Account Director and other teammates to deliver market-leading strategy and execution on a range of retail accounts, such as Musto and Karcher, sitting within Starcom but also benefit from the wider agency’s expertise from across bringing together the best of Publicis collaborating across strategy, planning, technology, audience, and activation.
As DTC performance-focused clients, the Biddable team plays a critical role in delivering results throughout the year, commanding large budgets and high focus from the client. You will be working directly with your client counterparts to ensure we’re hitting targets and identifying additional growth opportunities, while ensuring we are following best practices across all media platforms we run. You can expect to work in teams that pride themselves on delivering exciting tactical moments for clients where the team works to deliver flawless execution and develop industry-leading approaches that often become award-winning work.
Coming in as a Biddable Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about performance media, technology, and looking to make their mark on rapidly growing clients. Your responsibilities will range from client communications, PPC and social media strategy, campaign responses, forecasting & finance, and of course innovation. While playing a pivotal role in aligning with the wider planning and activation teams, and managing a team of Executive level members to support you.

Key Requirements
We’re looking for a passionate self-starter who can work with the Account Director to deliver exceptional PPC and social media strategy, execution, and operations. You’ll be part of a large team so you need to be able to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, while managing a capable team of biddable specialists behind you. Client servicing is also a key part of the role and you’ll be working directly with them to develop campaign strategies and plans that meet certain targets as well as ensuring we’re on top of our media plans and finances for the quarters ahead.
* Strong experience across all things Paid Search and Paid Social including planning, strategy, and execution.
* A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Search, Paid Social and the wider digital plan.
* Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Ability to manage large budgets and develop clear and simple finance processes.
* Confident presentation and communication skills.
