The Role:
* Handle in-bound order/sales enquiries with a vast number of clients, checking stock and pricing
* Raising quotes to customers and logging on quote tracker
* Electrical Contractor research, finding leads for external sales team
* Chasing quotations once raised by phone and email
* General office duties
* Fast paced varied role, building relationships with customers
* Full product and industry training will be provided
The Person:
* Customer Service / Sales Administrator experience
* Electrical background would be an advantage
* Good communication / Telephone manner
* Positive and happy mind set
* The ability to retain information quickly
Hours:
* Must be able to start in January 2025
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
* Salary starting around £28,000 depending on experience.
