Assistant Site Manager - Civil Engineering
The Company
Boyd Recruitment is currently working alongside a small works civil engineering contractor who is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join a training programme. The successful candidate will receive support and training to develop into a Site Manager.
Our client is well-reputed within the Scottish construction industry, covering civil engineering, MOD, and retail works.
The Position
As Assistant Site Manager, your duties are as follows:
1. Work with your manager to deliver low-value civil engineering works.
2. Oversee quality control of civil engineering trades and sub-contractors.
3. Assist with procurement of labour and materials across multiple sites.
4. Report to the company director.
The Person
Ideally, you will have the following qualifications:
1. Experience working in a civil engineering environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. CSCS certification.
4. Valid driving license to enable travel to live sites.
