In this role, you will:
* Manage a diverse caseload of smaller scale planning applications, including householder applications, minor residential developments, and listed building consents.
* Process applications for adverts, works to trees, lawful development certificates, and prior notifications.
* Assist with the validation of planning applications.
* Collaborate with the Development Management team to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Town Planner with:
* A relevant degree, postgraduate diploma, or NVQ Level 6 qualification in planning or a related field.
* Eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) membership (essential).
* Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
