Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a Tier 1 ranked team in Bristol. This commercial solicitor will ideally have experience in and knowledge of life sciences and IP.
This team advises on a range of interesting commercial matters including intellectual property, information technology, and telecoms for a variety of clients spanning life sciences, pharma & health, hospitality, media, energy, finance, and IT.
This commercial solicitor will work on cutting-edge projects, advising clients at every stage of the product life cycle, from intellectual property issues to collaboration arrangements, commercialization, supply chain, and life cycle management. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial, data protection, IP, and IT matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to collaboration, licensing, supply, and distribution agreements, while working efficiently in a team and developing long-lasting professional relationships with clients.
This role would suit a solicitor/legal executive with at least 2 years' PQE and commercial experience with a reputable law firm. You should be able to demonstrate experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
The successful commercial solicitor will enjoy a high quality of city-level work with a respected team spanning Bristol and London.
