Join us in shaping the future of our students and make a lasting impact with Macclesfield College The Role To co-ordinate a range of duties that will oversee the continuous improvement in the quality of the apprenticeship department. Providing administrative support to the Maxim apprenticeship team and to co-ordinate the EPA process for all learners completing their apprenticeship program, ensuring that the college is receiving the best price and service. To work with the Employer Engagement Manager to co-ordinate and monitor the onboarding programmes. Provide administrative support to MAXIM training, to be customer focused and responsive in the support and development of the provision. Placement in line with college policy and procedures. To have oversight and responsibility for all student trips and visits. To ensure that the College provides an outstanding climate for learning which is both supportive and reflective of our values. Main Duties for this role include Manage Maxim team meetings, organise agenda, take minutes and organise presentations. Working in partnership with Sales Administration and Compliance to ensure all administration supportive tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner. To liaise with Learner Experience, MIS, Finance, HR, and other college-based teams to ensure the efficient running of MAXIM.
