The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial sales, preferably selling technical products. This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Executive, Commercial Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Sales Development Representative or similar role THE ROLE: Respond to customer inquiries, prepare detailed estimates, and create quotations for new business opportunities. Follow up on active quotations and tenders, ensuring all specifications are met and transitioning quotes to finalised orders. Manage your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting regularly on sales activities, using the company's CRM databases. Develop strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment in line with customer expectations.THE PERSON: Must have commercial sales experience, particularly in managing client inquiries and selling technical products. Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365). A good level of numeracy to handle quotes, estimates, and calculations. Previous experience within a technical, security or construction related environment is an advantage. Driving license would be preferred.
