Employment Lawyer
Locum Contract - 37 hours
Remote
£50-55 per hour via umbrella
A large, well-established local authority based in the South of England is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join them remotely, for an initial 3 month period.
The successful Employment Lawyer will have solid experience of employment law and must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
The workload will involve management of a varied caseload of employment matters, including:
* Employment Tribunal cases
* Compromise agreement
* Internal appeals and appeals against Employment Tribunal decisions,
* Unfair/constructive dismissal,
* Whistle blowing,
* Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations,
* Contracts of employment, including reorganisation and redundancy
* Conduct and capability cases
This role is offered on a remote basis, and our client may consider part time hours.
