Due to recent successes in securing new pitches, we need to add to our experienced team to continue providing our clients with the high level of service we offer across all marketing platforms, both digital and conventional.
Client Services Executive
Working in a fast-paced creative marketing team, this role is to support the Account Managers, co-ordinate and traffic projects through the agency, manage the daily relationship with clients and work with external suppliers, prepare invoices and quotations.
We are looking for someone with a great ‘can do’ attitude, who knows how to keep clients happy. Our ideal candidate will have agency experience and understand the design and production process for both the print and digital world.
Along with exceptional communication skills, we are looking for someone who enjoys the creative world and understands the value of good marketing campaigns. Working alongside the design team, the ideal candidate will develop strong marketing collateral across all platforms to support clients’ objectives.
The Client Services Executive will also demonstrate an excellent level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines while managing client budgets.
Ideally educated to A level standard and above, the candidate must have a good command of the English language and be computer literate with knowledge of Apple systems, Excel, Office, and digital platforms.

Job description
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Reporting to the Managing Director
Full training will be given.
Key responsibilities
1. Checking briefs from the Account Manager
2. Working alongside the Production team to co-ordinate the workflow between the Account Managers and the Creative studio
3. Liaising directly with clients
4. Liaising with external suppliers
5. Assisting with the co-ordination of printed requirements from quote through to delivery and invoicing
6. Ensuring clear communication between the Account Management team and Creative studio
7. Proofreading, reviewing/signing off artwork as applicable
8. General office duties
Essential skills and experience
1. High attention to detail
2. Numeracy skills
3. Good organisational and communication skills
4. Able to work as part of a team as well as individually
5. Good Microsoft Office/Excel skills
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Knowledge of digital technology and website construction
8. Knowledge of social media platforms
Desired skills and experience, but not essential
1. Experience in using Mac-based systems
2. Educated at degree level
