We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Manager to join #TeamUHD.
Housekeeping Managers are responsible for Housekeeping services within a zone/area. They are responsible for adjustments of work plans and allocation of duties to ensure all areas of work are covered. They will performance manage their staff and resolve any problems satisfactorily. The role involves working with all service users to maintain a clean and safe environment, achieving the targets set out through all policies and procedures set by the department and the Trust.
The manager will organise, co-ordinate and monitor daily activities within an allocated area for the service provided (Housekeeping), ensuring department and Trust policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high quality, consistent, efficient, and responsive customer-focused service.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Qualifications
* Leadership & Management - level 3 or Healthcare Support Services - Level 3 diploma
* IOSHH or equivalent trained to identify and manage risks and investigate
Knowledge
* Experience of work allocation, problem-solving, and considering different ways of resolving issues
* Understanding of 'Revised Healthcare Cleaning' Manual and 'Cleaning Specifications' as per the National Standard of Healthcare Cleanliness
