A great opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic Tier 1 Main Contractor. About the role of Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor In this role you will be working with a leading M&E Contractor, working on a prison in Maidstone. Responsibilities for Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Feasibility, Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Preparing contracts, budgets & bills of quantities. Liaising with clients & contractors to ensure the budget requirements are met. Managing cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery. Compiling and issuing commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's Preparing forecasts and reports on financial status and cash flow. Ensuring that the month on month cash position is positive and the forecasted project margin is met or exceeded. Requirements for Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Experience with commercially managing high value M&E projects. Experience with hospitals, laboratories and residential projects. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel skills being a must. Experience of M&E Quantity Surveying and financial knowledge of construction costs.
