Job Description
We are currently supporting a large public sector organisation based in Gloucestershire, who are looking for a Reward and Policy Advisor to support them on a five month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and they can offer a hybrid working pattern and an hourly rate up to £28ph.
They are looking for someone with strong reward and policy experience, who will be able to support a review of existing policies and processes and help plan for changes in upcoming legislation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Supporting the pay, policy and reward team with work such as policy review and equality impact assessments.
2. Reviewing the job evaluation policy and process.
3. Reviewing upcoming legislative changes and helping the organisation prepare effectively.
Experience required:
1. Experience in a Public Sector organisation would be desirable.
2. CIPD L7 desirable.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
1. Job evaluation.
2. Employment law.
Working hours:
1. 37 hours per week.
2. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
