Community Mental Health Team - Nurse/Occupational Therapist /Social Worker - Band 6

City 1 CMHT is a friendly and supportive team looking to recruit a Band 6 Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to complete the team.

Main duties of the job
The core role is to provide assessment, treatment planning and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness. This includes assessing new referrals, working with a caseload of service users and contributing to the wider team in things such as FACT and Duty roles

The successful candidates will hold a current Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or a Social worker with an appetite for creative thinking in the face of challenges. If this is you and you have a passion for mental health and the energy to want to work in a supportive and diverse Community Mental Health Recovery Team then we look forward to your application.
