Maintenance Operations Lead
MCS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance department, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, troubleshooting, and repairs. They will implement and manage Predictive Maintenance (PPM) programs to minimize reactive downtime and coordinate maintenance activities with contractors. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance management position are required. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management principles, and CMMS software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the maintenance department
* Implement and manage PPM programs
* Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors
* Develop and implement asset management strategies
* Manage employee shift schedules
* Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance process and equipment performance
