Our client, a prominent entity within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Recruitment Operations Professional to join their team on a contractual basis. This role includes hybrid working arrangements, allowing for 1-2 days per week on-site. The successful candidate will contribute to a vital business unit in this non-engineering role, ensuring seamless recruitment operations within the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering recruitment processes and maintaining accurate records
* Working with data to support recruitment activities and decision-making
* Utilising MS Excel for data management and report generation
* Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships
* Adapting to changing business needs with a flexible approach
* Applying high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks
* Supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance with policies
Job Requirements:
* Experience in administration roles within the recruitment sector
* Proficiency in MS Excel and other intermediate IT skills
* Strong analytical and organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* High standards of attention to detail and quality assurance
* Good understanding of data protection and document retention policies (desirable)
* Experience in database maintenance and process improvement (desirable)
* GCSE-level education or equivalent in Maths, English, and Science
