Property Specialist
Are you ready to join a team of experts within the property industry? With a strategic focus on asset and land acquisition, property development, planning solutions, and construction, the team are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property to expand their team. Working on projects across NI and North West of England this will be a diverse and fast paced environment.
This is a full-time role for a Property Specialist, offering up to 40 hours per week, based in Templepatrick, where you will assist the Head of Property in various crucial tasks. Hours Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700, with flexible work pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis : Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties.
2. Legal Coordination : Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process.
3. Stakeholder Liaison : Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions.
4. Sales & Lettings Communication : Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process.
5. Legal Process Monitoring : Monitor the legal process with our solicitors.
6. Certification Management : Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio.
7. Rent Management : Monitor rent payments and plan rent review periods.
CRITERIA
Experience:
8. Qualifications are preferred but not essential
9. Relevant property and real estate experience and a proactive attitude are highly valued
Skills:
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office
12. Proficiency in Excel
Additional Requirements:
13. A driving license and access to a car
14. Willingness to travel to England regularly
