We are looking for an Administrator who is experienced within the HR sector. This is a hybrid role - full time but split between On-Site and WFH.
A professional services organisation based in the LE17 area of Leicestershire.
Description
To undertake full admin duties in relation to:
* Recruitment - Adverts, Arranging Interviews, Offers/Contracts, Onboarding
* Payroll - Absence/Sickness
* Ensuring Up to Date Training
* Manage and update Inbox in relation to queries
* Provide assistance to employees in relation to Policies and Procedures
* Take notes at meetings as required
* Working as wider HR Team
Profile
* Strong Administrator who has experience within a HR background
* Knowledge and experience of processing New Starters/Leavers/Onboarding
* Payroll admin - monitoring and recording of Absence/Sickness
* Experience using a HR system
* IT Literate
* Be empathetic, a good listener and a people person
* Able to abide by confidentiality due to the nature of the role
* Bring a positive attitude
