As a Renewals Specialist here at Glasgow Audi you will be reporting to David Hamilton who is a highly experienced Renewal Manager. David along with the friendly team of advisors and team leaders will be providing ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability. You will also receive brand specific training which will enable you to progress within the business long term. Contacting existing customers to offer and appoint for a review of their current finance contract Call Compliance needs to be followed as per Lookers & Audi Finance process Answer any questions the customer has at this given point of their agreement and leave them with a positive impression of Lookers Audi Update relevant systems to reflect all activity and results Record, update and present all activity weekly with management Hit all relevant KPI’s set by Lookers for activity and quality of Renewals Calls The ideal candidate will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy with the ability to multitask. Full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector.
