For pensions this includes support for the ongoing management of the defined contribution pension scheme and our legacy defined benefit pension schemes, death in service and income protection policies. Pensions Advisor Role: You will support the Pension Manager on all aspects of the ongoing management of DB and DC pensions for MBDA UK employees. You will be responsible for a range of pension day to day activities and project activities to ensure MBDA are compliant with all legal requirements. You will engage with a range of stakeholders across MBDA and externally, including employees, HR, external shareholder organisations as well as a range of external suppliers. You will be responsible for any data analysis and reporting required for pensions day to day activities as well as project work, this may include risk benefit renewals such as our death in service and income protection policies. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the monthly pension payroll reports from our benefits provider for pension scheme contributions and AVCs, adapting these reports as required for our payroll provider. You will develop and deliver a range of communications to employees around pensions and risk benefits. You will contribute to a range of pensions projects, this may include a review of existing arrangements across our pension schemes as well as payroll related projects such as the introduction of salary sacrifice AVCs or the transition of auto-enrolment to our payroll provider. You will actively seek to improve and streamline existing pension processes and be part of the design and development of new processes. What we're looking for Previous experience of working in a pensions focused role within an in-house pensions team Detailed knowledge of pension scheme arrangements (defined benefit and defined contribution) Awareness of pension and payroll related legislation. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. You must be comfortable in manipulating large datasets whilst maintaining data accuracy. Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data. Clear and adaptable communication style to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Initiative driven, with the ability to work independently. What's in it for you?
