Area Manager - Newbury / M4 Corridor

Are you an experienced Dual-Site, Multi-Site or Cluster Manager eager to make waves and dive into an exciting Area Manager position?
Our client is embarking on an exciting time of growth and looking for an Area Manager to join the team.
Playing an integral part of the business, you will be the link between the stores, support office and headquarters in Europe.
You will be a team player, who is ambitious in delivering a high performing sales team. You will be passionate about people and processes and take an active interest in each of your store's performance. Leading from the front, you will support, coach, and develop. Sharing best practices to develop and retain great talent. You will be visible on the shop floor, demonstrating high sales standards working as part of the team. You will be analytical, able to analyse each stores performance and put necessary actions in place.
Job Overview:
1. Grow KPIs to exceed sales targets by coaching stores and boosting sales strategies.
2. Ensure staff are trained to a high standard.
3. Support and coach store managers and teams.
4. Maintain high standards of operations and management.
5. Promote collaboration and team spirit between stores.
6. Implement company standards and initiatives across all stores.
7. Conduct regular store visits to uphold excellent standards.
8. Ensure store rotas are covering FF patterns correctly.
9. Ensure holidays and sicknesses are covered and with adequate coverage.
10. Report to the Retail Operations Manager, on store performance and actions.
11. Play an active part in new store openings, covering recruitment, on-boarding and training.
You will be:
12. From a fast-pace retail background, preferably at a Dual Site, Multi-Site, Cluster or Area Manager level
13. Outstanding leadership, training, and management skills.
14. Proven ability to support and advise staff for independent success.
15. Excellent communication skills for remote management and store visits.
16. Motivational team leader with retail and operational knowledge.
17. Willingness to travel.
18. Flexible and positive work approach for a fast-paced role.
