About the role The Accounts Assistants role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.Your mission is to join our Finance Department to raise all sales invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure that every installation that we carry out is accurately invoiced, with all supporting paperwork.You will be working with finance systems, raising monthly invoices and assist credit control to ensure invoices are paid on time, invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner and final accounts are agreed. Don’t worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know.Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients’ needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team. About you To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be reliable and a team and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills.
