The Purpose of the Role
To foster strong, successful and established client relationships, building connections with client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted adviser.
Continuously focused on attaining client success, working with the Client Partner/Lead you will develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, their challenges, customer goals and KPIs, and be instrumental in recognising and surfacing growth opportunities for Salocin and the wider Salocin Group Agency business to support clients in connecting, engaging, and activating audiences.
To manage the client, focusing on what matters most for success, developing impactful strategies, optimising results and driving value. To work closely with the client, Client Partner, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and wider team to make sure everyone is aligned to provide an efficient and successful end-to-end process.
How will you spend your time?
* Working with the Client Partner/Lead, leading and managing the day-to-day client comms and project delivery with a focus on impact
* Nurture key client relationships so we are a trusted and valued business partner
* Develop a good understanding of the client’s data and the technical solutions we manage and deploy, and the value it drives
* Provide regular reporting to support recommendations, focusing on measurement, value and ROI
* Present proposals effectively, logically and concisely, always backed by data
* Review, interrogate and prepare briefs, commercial proposals and other client documents
* Understand and be familiar with the main principles of the contract, ensuring continued delivery against it by monitoring and reporting against agreed SLAs
* Forecasting, invoicing, budget management, monitoring costs and acquiring client approval before spend is committed
* Review and understand project and campaign profitability
It’s important that you are experienced in
* Demonstrable client management experience with excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstrable experience of managing a team to successfully deliver a programme of activities
* Ability to challenge eloquently to support client and Salocin’s objectives
* Resourceful, tenacious and capable of being calm and decisive under pressure
* Ability to work on your own and in a team, with excellent organisational skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* An understanding of how technology and tools can support and enhance client activity
* An understanding of “agency Agile” and associated tools & techniques
* Confident with financials with a commercial outlook
* Expert administration and reporting skills
* Active interest in learning about the markets our clients operate in
The Recruitment Process

This will be followed by a 2nd stage interview with the Hiring Team. In some circumstances we will change the process to accommodate the type of role we are recruiting.
