Description
We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Bourne on a full-time and permanent basis. You will operate all pieces of equipment on-site according to company procedures, ensuring that all blend recipes are adhered to and all shift reports are accurately completed on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all Health and safety obligations are met, and company policies are adhered to.
* Conduct regular checks on machinery and work areas, reporting any issues to the relevant Department.
* Ensure that work areas are kept clean.
* Control and adjustment of the material flow through the shift (speaking to Quality on a regular basis).
This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role.
