Job Description
* Assisting in the preparation of budgets
* Managing records and receipts
* Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
* Supporting the finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions
* Processing invoices
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
* Providing customer service to clients
* Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
* Strong understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
