Exciting opportunity for a RLO to work with a Property Services company Up to £33k car allowance or vehicle Driving licence is essential Kilburn based Social Housing experience required The Role: We are looking for an RLO to work with a leading Property Services company. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in Property Services. The project you will be working on is a SHDF, scope of works include: EWI, CWI, Windows and Roof replacements, heating upgrades and extract fan installations. This project will run till early 2025 and the value of the contract is £2.6m. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team. Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable. Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities. Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry. Experience with use of Excel/Word for updating trackers and issuing letters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
