The role: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Graduate to support the continued build and consolidation of our rapid business growth. By contributing to projects that influence the long-term success of the organisation, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management and operational knowhow of the pharmaceutical sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the PMO office, to provide insights that drive decision-making and help our company stay ahead of our defined targets and business goals. Assisting the CEO, you will work closely with senior leaders to report on key strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to drive the company's strategic direction. You will develop a range of tools and materials to assist in aligning corporate activities and value propositions with the overarching company strategy. This role offers extensive learning and development opportunities and the unique prospect to grow within the organisation with direct exposure to the most senior tiers of management. The role will work alongside the Director of the Project Management Office, whilst regularly reporting to the CEO. Key skills required are problem-solving, commercial acumen, as well as being highly organised with great attention to detail. Proactive by nature, the role requires a confident communicator, both within the business and with external partners. The ideal candidate would also have an inquisitive mind and appetite to develop their operational skills. What you'll be involved in: Supporting executives to develop and operationalise strategy by clearly documenting business processes and disseminating across functions and markets Supporting the development of Long Range Plans, Target Operation Models and other supporting documents to outline Pharmanovia's target strategy with current operational procedures and identify strategic gaps Supporting the Project Management Office with high priority projects, including M&A and licensing deal integrations, through standardised and repeatable processes assessing project performance Implementing frameworks and analytics to support business decision making and improve planning accuracy Coordinating cross functional deliverables to facilitate important information flowing quickly across organisational boundaries Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all other business units, functions, territories, partners and assisting the wider business in delivering clear, accurate data and project-specific content Establishing and maintaining global reporting cycles by setting up planning cycles and meetings, detailing and tracking actions, updating teams and senior management The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies.
