Douglas Scott are on the lookout for an excellent, proactive, and self-motivated Receptionist to join our leading client at their office in Birmingham. The Role:
1. Act as first point of contact meeting and greeting for all visitors / clients to the office
2. Manage a busy inbox
3. Manage client telephone enquiries to ensure all required information and details are obtained
4. Setting up of meeting rooms with tea / coffee / water etc.
5. Clearing up of meeting rooms
6. Ensure the office is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
7. Take control of all office post
8. Ad hoc reception duties
The Candidate:
1. Clean, professional presentation
2. Strong communication skills
3. Good telephone manner
4. Interpersonal skills
5. Charismatic and friendly
