TRAINING COORDINATOR | £30,000-34,000 PER YEAR | CANARY WHARF | PERMANENT | 9AM – 5PM (MON-FRI)
We are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join one our major clients. this role is for an experienced coordinator within the Railway Industry. This position is based in Canary Wharf, London .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifying Training Needs
2. Designing and Developing Training Programs, based on identified needs, Training Coordinators design and develop training programs. These programs can be either outsourced or created in-house.
3. Choose suitable training methods for different situations. These methods may include virtual sessions, simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, or professional development classes.
4. Promote available training sessions to employees and provide essential information about the programs.
5. Assess organization-wide training needs and identify areas that require attention.
6. Staying Updated on Education Principles
7. Preparing Educational Aids and Materials such as design, prepare, and order educational materials to support training sessions.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
8. Background in human resources, education, or related fields.
9. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with managers, trainers, and employees.
10. Familiarity with various training methods, including e-learning and on-the-job coaching, is crucial.
11. Experience with railway certifications and procedures
12. Understanding of booking courses related to railways and additional areas within security
