SHEQ Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Manager to lead our clients' commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop training programs, strategies and processes to improve the company's Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility performance.
* Lead training programs to foster a culture of safety among all employees.
* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.
* Analyze incident reports and safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary documentation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is desirable.
* Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification is highly desirable.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
