Software Support / Training & Supporting Users / Cloud software & Systems / Software Support & Setup configuration for new users
This successful and growing software company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team to help provide enterprise-level assistance to their customers. You will be taking incoming support calls, analysing and troubleshooting issues, installing and customising applications, and working closely with the development team.
